The problem first, then the area of law
People who seek a lawyer rarely arrive with a question that fits a single area of law. A company that has been fined may face, at the same time, an administrative proceeding, a collection claim and an investigation. A partner sued for a company debt needs a civil defense and, sometimes, a criminal one.
That is why we start by mapping the whole problem: which areas of law are involved, which deadlines are running, which documents exist and how a decision on one front affects the others. We pursue a unified strategy across all legal fronts.
